403 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of search warrants sought in each of the past five years from the District Courts; the number issued in each year; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9815/03]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information is not readily available and that a disproportionate amount of Garda resources would be required to compile it.
