Question:

484 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Health and Children if no bed closures will take place at Tralee General Hospital in summer 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11961/03]

The provision of services at Tralee General Hospital is a matter for the Southern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer at the board to look into this matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
