Vol. 566 No. 3

Written Answers. - Health Board Services.

Johnny Brady

Question:

337 Mr. J. Brady asked the Minister for Health and Children the total cost to the North-Eastern Health Board in 2002 of the doctor on call scheme. [12724/03]

Responsibility for the provision of services, including the out of hours co-operatives, and the management of the associated budgets rests with the chief executive officer of the relevant health board. Accordingly, my Department has referred this question to the chief executive officer of the North-Eastern Health Board for investigation and direct reply to the Deputy.
