62 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Finance when temporary accommodation will be leased in respect of a Garda station (details supplied); when the premises formerly used as the Garda station will be refurbished or renovated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13284/03]

The Commissioners of Public Works have agreed terms on an alternative premises in Dowra for use as a Garda station. The future use of the vacated station is being reviewed.
