395 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Dublin City Council's indoor WC scheme was suspended in 2002 due to lack of funding; and the steps he is taking to assist the council in reinstating this scheme. [13443/03]

The installation of indoor bathroom facilities by Dublin City Council in its housing stock is a matter for the local authority. No proposals have been received from the city council in that regard.
