Question:262 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the total cost of projects announced or promised by Ministers of the last Government between 1 January 2002 and 17 May 2002. [15299/03]
Written Answers. - Departmental Expenditure.
During the period in question, details of the following projects were announced by my Department in the context of the national development plan: an award of grant aid totalling €12.2 million in respect of 42 projects under the capital investment scheme for the marketing and processing of agricultural projects; an award of grant assistance totalling 2.14 million in respect of 14 research projects under the research stimulus fund.
