John Gormley

Question:

598 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to the inadequate legislation regarding the use of helicopters; if his Department has recommended that this legislation should be updated as a matter of urgency in view of increased fears of terrorist attacks; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
