735 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government when a certificate of reasonable cost or certificate of compliance will be issued to a person (details supplied); the reason for the delay in view of the fact that documentation has been lodged for more than eight months; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
