Question:748 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if Údaras na Gaeltachta has paid its contributions for the one stop shop at Achill Sound, Westport, County Mayo to Mayo County Council. [15372/03]

I understand from Údarás na Gaeltachta that Mayo County Council is in the process of granting a long-term lease on part of the Achill Integrated Services Centre to an tÚdarás. In order to facilitate the development of this services centre, an tÚdarás has made stage payments amounting to approximately 75% of its proposed funding and the final payment will be paid on completion of the legal work.
