83 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will confirm receipt of correspondence from a person (details supplied); his plans to respond to the serious points made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16327/03]

My Department has no record of any recent correspondence from the person referred to by the Deputy. However, if the Deputy arranges for a copy of the correspondence to be forwarded to me I will ensure that it is dealt with appropriately.
