108 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if his Department has been in contact with Cork City Council and Cork County Council regarding unauthorised dumping at Murphy's Rock, Kilbarry, County Cork; and the responses which have been received from both authorities in view of the fact that they were to respond by 23 May 2003. My Department has sought detailed information from the EPA and Cork city and county councils regarding alleged unauthorised dumping at Murphy's Rock, Kilbarry, County Cork. The majority of the information requested has now been received and is being examined in my Department in the context of preparing a reply to an European Commission complaint in this matter.
