390 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding an application with the Land Registry Office in the name of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17730/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of this application having been lodged to date in the Land Registry. I am also informed that the solicitor acting for the applicant has obtained a dealing number from the Land Registry's electronic access service, which is available to account holders via the Internet. Dealing Number D2003SM004870V refers. However, I am informed that to date this solicitor has not lodged any documentation for this application in the Land Registry.
