157 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Defence if copies of the original investigation together with copies of all statements from those on board the LE Róisín and copies of the findings of the military police and other police findings relating to the case of a person (details supplied) will be made available to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if the case is ongoing or if it will be reopened.
