Business of Dáil: Motion.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the day of this day, No. 22b, statements on CAP reform, shall be taken today at 6 p.m. for 90 minutes. The Order shall resume thereafter and the following arrangements shall apply: the statements shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after one hour and the statement of the Minister for Agriculture and Food and of the main spokespersons for the Fine Gael Party, the Labour Party and the Technical Group, who shall be called upon in that order, shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case. Members may share time. Immediately following the statements the Minister for Agriculture and Food shall take questions for a period not exceeding 30 minutes.
