109 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position with regard to the alleged burglary of the property of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford, now that the file has been sent to the DPP; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18228/03]

I have been informed by the Garda authorities that a file in this case was submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions for direction in May 2003 and is currently being processed by his office.
