338 Ms Enright asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to the registration of the land re-arrangement in the name of persons (detail supplied); when he expects this registration to be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19480/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a Land Commission vesting order which was lodged on 17 November 2000. Reference Number V000TJ09355J refers.
I am further informed that a query issued on 2 July 2003 and that the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
