Written Answers. - Appointments to State Boards.

Denis Naughten

Question:

219 Mr. Naughten asked the Taoiseach the names of persons with their correspondence address in County Roscommon who are currently on State boards under the authority of his Department; the date of their appointment; the duration of their term; the role of each person on the board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19582/03]

Appointments to State boards are made on the basis of the qualifications and suitability of the individuals concerned. Records are not maintained in respect of the places of origin or, in most cases, the home addresses of such individuals.
