386 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 434 of 7 October 2003, the terms of reference of the independent clinical review and audit; and the timeframe involved in this regard. [23294/03]
The details of the group established to carry out the independent clinical review and audit referred to by the Deputy are a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board to reply directly to the Deputy in this matter.
