461 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of drug seizures in County Tipperary since 1 January 2000 and to date in 2003; and the number of prosecutions which followed in each case. [23076/03]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that there have been 958 drug seizures in County Tipperary since 1 January 2000 to date and the number of prosecutions that followed was 504.
