142 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Health and Children if contact has been made by the Northern Area Health Board with a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 regarding the dental treatment received by their son; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24684/03]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the provision of dental treatment for eligible persons in Dublin 11 rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
