Question:92 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when area aid payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24682/03]
Written Answers. - Grant Payments.
The 2003 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 40.59 hectares. Payment of his full entitlement under the 2003 area-based compensatory allowance scheme will issue shortly.
The person named applied for premium for ten animals under the 2003 suckler cow premium scheme. The application has been processed for payment of his 80% advance instalment, which will issue shortly. The person named submitted an application in respect of one animal for special beef premium in September 2003. Payment will be processed for issue on this animal in mid-November when the retention requirements have been met.
