133 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if a revised sketch scheme has been prepared by the Office of Public Works in relation to the new Garda station for Leixlip, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26972/03]

The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform has incorporated a number of significant additional requirements into the revised brief for Leixlip Garda station. The revised brief is under consideration at present.
