171 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the position of the Suncroft-Cutbrush-Brownstown-Curragh sewerage scheme; its proposed timescale; if his attention has been drawn to the problems being encountered by developers, potential single homeowners, and the present population of the areas due to a lack of service; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have approved the contract documents for this scheme. It is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2003-2005 and will commence construction in 2004. Kildare County Council can proceed with the invitation of tenders.
