Vol. 576 No. 2

Written Answers. - Visa Applications.

Cecilia Keaveney

Question:

193 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a visa has been refused for a person (details supplied) who has successfully gained and honoured the terms of such a visa before. [29435/03]

The person in question made an application for a visit visa in November 2003. Having given full consideration to the matter, the application was refused due to insufficient supporting documentation.

It is open to the person in question to appeal against the refusal of the visa by writing to the visa appeals officer in my Department, enclosing a copy of her previous passport.
