244 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 164 of 27 November 2003, the position regarding a person (details supplied) seeking a visa to visit their spouse here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30388/03]
I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 164 of 27 November 2003. The visa for the person in question was approved by the immigration division of my Department on 25 November 2003. I am informed by the Department of Foreign Affairs that the Irish Consulate in Manila has been notified of the decision and that the person concerned should contact the consulate to collect the visa sticker.
