Question:187 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will provide a list of all those who were executed, or otherwise died, in State custody between 1 June 1922 and 31 December 1924, detailing their names, addresses and dates of birth; the procedure under which sentence of death was passed; the location of their deaths; the locations of execution; if an inquest was held in each case; the results of any inquests; if internal inquiries were held in respect of any of the deaths; and if any State servant was disciplined as a consequence of such an inquiry.
