Question:

141 Mr. O'Shea asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the discussions she has had with the Director of Consumer Affairs regarding the practise in some stores whereby goods are dual priced in sterling and euro on the price card; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [31147/03]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 140 and 141 together.

I refer the Deputy to the reply I gave to Question No. 86 of 27 November 2003. The situation has not changed since then.
