To date the Minister has reduced the budget by 3% and indications show that no funding will be provided for service development this year. If the Minister withdraws the service development funding, 24 people who depend on the services of Prosper Fingal will be devastated, as they will lose their long-term service placements and will be sentenced to spending their lives at home with their family supports.
