I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss primary school places in Portlaoise.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss progress on the new light rail system for Cork and surrounding environs.

Deputy John Lahart - to discuss the development of an oversight authority for the construction industry and the current procedures available to buyers of defective properties.

Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh - to discuss the HIQA report on governance and safeguarding in the Western Care Association’s designated centres for people with disabilities in Mayo in March 2023.

Deputy Michael Moynihan - to discuss the future of the SouthDoc service in Kanturk, County Cork.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the planned reduction in out-of-hours service under the SouthDoc service in Fermoy, County Cork.

Deputy Paul McAuliffe - to discuss social inclusion funding and the work of the Finglas Centre.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the situation facing tenants of Cork City Council on Noonan's Road.

Deputy James O'Connor - to discuss the requirement to reform how recently retired public sector employees qualify for the supplementary pension and forgo the requirement to avail of the jobseeker's allowance as a bridging payment.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the situation facing tenants of Cork City Council on Noonan's Road.

Deputy Pauline Tully - to discuss the absence of funding in the school year 2022-23 under the digital strategy for schools.

Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss the ongoing delays in scoliosis surgeries.

Deputy Peadar Tóibín - to discuss the amount, in tonnes, of sheepmeat being imported and exported from the State each year.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to support older tenants to remain in their rental properties in circumstances where the property owners have decided to sell.

The matters raised by Deputies Pauline Tully, Alan Dillon, Peadar Tóibín and James O'Connor have been selected for discussion.
