I have one item. On No. 8 in the minutes, it was determined at the previous meeting that a rapporteur would be appointed. The clerk has indicated I cannot assume this role. I hope it is possible to offer it to another member, perhaps Deputy Upton.
Is Deputy Upton willing to act as rapporteur?
I would be delighted to do so.
The clerk will contact the Deputy on the matter.
