We have a quorum, particularly from west Cork.
As is usual at meetings, at the request of the broadcasting and recording services, I ask members to ensure their mobile phones are turned off completely and not switched to silent mode, as they still interfere with the broadcasting and recording equipment. The meeting is being broadcast live on UPC, channel 207; eVision, channel 504, and Sky, channel 574.
