Business of Joint Committee.

I welcome members of the joint committee. The first item on the agenda is the minutes of the meeting of 23 February 2005. Are they agreed? Agreed.

The second item on the agenda is correspondence relating to SI 71 of 2005, European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) (Amendment) Regulations 2005. Is it noted? Noted.

Some time ago, I raised the closure of the sugar factory in Carlow and asked that the joint committee bring representatives from Greencore——
