As I have an appointment, I must leave the meeting at 2.20 p.m. I intend no discourtesy to the Minister. Would it be possible to hold fewer meetings? Meetings are held each week and it is difficult to deal with other business. To meet once a fortnight would be fine.

A meeting is scheduled for next week but from then on meetings will be held fortnightly.

With the agreement of members, we will deal with the minutes, correspondence and other business in private session to be held at the end of the meeting. Is that agreed? Agreed.
