Correspondence has been received from the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government seeking an extension of the four week deadline in which to submit an information note on COM (2003) 370. This note has been circulated to the sub-committee. I propose to note this correspondence and ask the secretariat to indicate that the information note should be submitted as soon as possible.
