Apologies have been received from Ms Margaret Ritchie, MP. I remind members, guests and those sitting in the Gallery to ensure their mobile telephones, iPhones, BlackBerry devices, etc., are switched off completely for the duration of the meeting because they cause interference with the recording equipment in the committee rooms when turned on, even if they are in silent mode. I ask that they respect this instruction and ensure their devices are completely switched off.
