We will begin our meeting. We have no apologies, so I am sure everyone will come in at some point. Our witnesses have been here before so they know members come in and go out because of competing interests and meetings that are on. I ask them to bear with us. First of all, I welcome our TY student, Leo McNamara, who is here with us today to see all the hard work that goes on at this committee. He is from Gonzaga College in Terenure. We are delighted to have Leo with us today and he is very welcome.
