Vol. 3 No. 15

PUBLIC BUSINESS. - OIREACHTAS WITNESSES' OATHS BILL, 1924—REPORT.

Motion made and question proposed that—"The Bill be now received for final consideration."

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

This Bill was referred by the Seanad to a Select Committee of the House under the chairmanship of Senator Douglas. The Select Committee has now reported that it took the Bill into consideration and desires to report same to the Seanad without amendment. As there is no amendment on this Report Stage, and as the whole Bill is a formal one, I will now put the motion.

Question put and agreed to.
Bill ordered for the Fifth Stage.
