I beg to move:—
"That the Special Order made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under the Electricity Supply Acts, 1882 to 1919, and the Electricity Commissioners (Transfer of Functions) Order, 1924, in respect of the Urban District of Blackrock, in the County of Dublin, which was presented on Wednesday, 27th January, 1926, be approved."
The Order has been laid on the Table. It is not of very considerable importance, but contains certain conditions that have been laid down. Negotiations are proceeding between the Urban Districts of Dun Laoghaire and Blackrock and they will probably come to a successful fruition.
