I beg to move:—

"That it is expedient that a Joint Committee, consisting of three members of the Dáil and three members of the Seanad, be set up to assist and advise the Ceann Comhairle and the Cathaoirleach in the direction and control of the Oireachtas Library, and that a Message be sent to the Dáil accordingly."
