The Joint Committee appointed to deal with this matter have made the following report:—
1. The Joint Committee was constituted as follows:—Deputy Hugh A. Law, Chairman; Deputies J.W. Beckett, S. Moore, and A.J. Cassidy; Senators M.F. O'Hanlon, B. O'Rourke, and M. Duffy.
2. The Joint Committee considered the Bill on Tuesday, the 8th, and Thursday, the 10th April, 1930.
3. The Joint Committee report that they have examined the Preamble of the Bill and that the allegations therein contained have been proved to their satisfaction, that they have gone through the Bill and have made no amendments thereunto.
4. In considering the Bill the Joint Committee had before them a report from the Commissioners of Charitable Donations and Bequests.
