The Minister for External Affairs regrets that he will be unable to be present in the Seanad to-day and requests that, in the circumstances, numbers 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the Order Paper be postponed. It will be convenient to him for these items to be taken on Wednesday week, the 18th instant.
