In connection with the Report of the Committee of Procedure and Privileges, the matters referred back to the Committee for reconsideration have now been considered by them, and a further report will be presented to the House dealing with these matters. If some Senator will move that this Report be printed and circulated the House will be in a position to consider the Report at the next meeting.
