I move the Second Reading of a Bill entitled an Act to authorise the construction by the Limerick Harbour Commissioners of Tramways connecting the Port and Harbour of Limerick with the Great Southern Railways; and to confer additional powers on the Limerick Harbour Commissioners for securing the repayment of moneys borrowed for the purposes of the Limerick Harbour Act, 1926, and to confer borrowing powers on the Limerick Harbour Commissioners for the purposes of this Act.
