Private Business. - Appointment of Joint Committee.

I move: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Harbour Tramways Bill, 1930, being a Bill entitled an Act to authorise the construction by the Limerick Harbour Commissioners of Tramways connecting the Port and Harbour of Limerick with the Great Southern Railways; and to confer additional powers on the Limerick Harbour Commissioners for securing the repayment of moneys borrowed for the purposes of the Limerick Harbour Act, 1926, and to confer borrowing powers on the Limerick Harbour Commissioners for the purposes of this Act.
