Private Business Standing Orders. - Message from the Dáil.

The following Message has been received from the Dáil:—

Tá Dáil Eireann tar éis an Rún so leanas do rith:—

"Go mbunuítear Có-Choiste den Dáil agus den tSeanad chun na mBuan-Orduithe i dtaobh Gnótha Phríobháidigh do bhreithniú agus chun a thuairisciú cadiad na leasuithe is gá, más gá aon cheann, do dhéanamh ortha;

Gur seachtar Teachtaí ionadóidh an Dáil ar an gCó-Choiste sin."

Dáil Eireann has passed the following Resolution:—

"That a Joint Committee of the Dáil and the Seanad be set up to consider the Standing Orders relative to Private Business and to report as to the amendments, if any, which are necessary;

That seven Deputies represent the Dáil on the said Joint Committee."

Leas-Chathaoirleach

I move:—

"That a Joint Committee of the Seanad and the Dáil be set up to consider the Standing Orders relative to Private Business and to report as to the amendments, if any, which are necessary; and

That seven Senators represent the Seanad on the said Joint Committee."

Motion put and agreed to.
The Seanad adjourned at 5.10 p.m. until Wednesday, 17th June, at 3 p.m.
