Pursuant to Standing Order 24, I have to inform the House that Senator Milroy has given me notice in writing before the opening of to-day's sitting that he proposes to bring forward for discussion on the adjournment to-day the appointment by the Executive Council, pursuant to Section 4 of the Land Law (Commission) Act, 1923, of Mr. Daniel J. Browne and Mr. Eamonn Mansfield to be Commissioners of the Irish Land Commission.
