Pursuant to Section 2 of the Seanad By-Elections Act, 1930, the House must now make an order directing the Clerk to inform the Minister for Local Government and Public Health of the vacancy caused by the resignation of Senator Vincent, in order to cause the vacancy to be filled.
Ordered accordingly.
