Seanad Éireann debate -
Thursday, 7 Jul 1938

Vol. 21 No. 6

Business of Seanad.

Senator MacDermot's motion is the only business on the Order Paper, so far, for the next meeting of the Seanad, but there is a probability, in fact almost a certainty, that there will be some Bills coming from the Dáil either to-night or to-morrow. If so, we must meet next week when we can consider these as well as Senator MacDermot's motion. It is for the Seanad to decide now the date of the next meeting.

Mr. Hayes

I think Wednesday would be the most suitable day. We could meet on Tuesday if you thought it necessary.

Agreed: That the Seanad meet on Wednesday next, 13th July.

The Seanad adjourned at 3.15 p.m. until Wednesday, 13th July, at 3 p.m.
