Motion No. 7 on the Order Paper will not be taken this week. It is suggested that should the Bills on the Order Paper be dealt with by 9 o'clock to-night, we resume consideration of motion No. 5. In these circumstances the motion in connection with the establishment of a constituent school of the Dublin Institute of Advanced Studies for the furtherance of advanced study and the conduct of research in cosmic physics will be taken as first business to-morrow.
