I move:—
That, pursuant to sub-section 20 of section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, Seanad Eireann concurs with the signature by the President as soon as may be of the Social Welfare (Reciprocal Arrangements) Bill, 1948.
This is a motion to enable the Bill to be signed at once, and, since the House has been good enough to agree that the Bill is urgent and has passed all stages since the resumption after tea, I think there will be no difficulty in getting agreement to it.
